Project Manager – Abu Dhabi / Alain
Our client is a leading engineering contractor doing the entire spectrum of the construction cycle through 11 integrated Group companies that engage every aspect of the construction cycle.

Our client is currently looking for a Project Director for their Mega projects in Abu Dhabi and Alain in UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Project managers ensure that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that everyone else is doing their job properly.
Typical responsibilities include:

• agreeing project objectives
• representing the client's interest
• providing independent advice on the management of projects
• organizing the various professional people working on a project
• risk assessment
• making sure that all the aims of the project are met
• making sure the quality standards are met
• using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress
• recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
• monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• accounting, costing and billing.

Experiences & Qualifications:

1.     Should have experience of handling multiple projects,
2.     Should have worked on projects like high-rise commercial and residential towers (40 floors minimum), airports (airport buildings and hangars), hospitals (400 beds), malls, mixed use projects.
3.       Should have recently worked in UAE with a construction contracting company for at least 10 years.
4.       Minimum 20 years of experience
